The problem

This industry will train you for a thousand hours on how to sell a homeowner. On how to recruit one, it has never trained you at all.

It's hard
Asking someone to bet an entire summer on you is a bigger ask than any door you have ever knocked.
It's a skill
It is not charisma and it is not luck. It is a set of moves, run in an order, and nobody ever gave them to you.
It's inconsistent
One year you sign eight. The next year you sign two, and you could not tell anyone what changed.
And you lose them
Guys back out in April. Guys quit in July. Either way you are short, and by then it is too late to fix.

The solution

We teach recruiting the way this industry already teaches selling — as a skill. Every stage on film, every stage role-played, until you have run it enough times that it stops being a performance.

Natural
You stop performing a pitch and start having a conversation you have already had a hundred times.
Consistent
The same system every season, so a good year stops being a good year and starts being your floor.
They stay
Recruit a guy properly and he shows up in April — and he is still standing there in August.
